Since it is a pure kernel mode file system driver, Windows has been extended by the Ext2 file system behind the API which all the applications use for file access. So every application can work with files residing on an Ext2 volume. Simply use your applications as usual, for instance writing letters with Microsoft Word or playing movie or audio files with the appropriate player software.
